Hello my name is PEPPER and this is my story.

I started my life on the streets where I had to fight for survival and gave birth to my daughter Emmie. During the time where I was a street dog we begged for food and tried to find shelter and were not always greeted with kindness. There was a really lovely nurse who took care of us and gave us food when she could. We really trusted her. I had learned not to be too trusting unless to a person we knew. Life as a stray is very hard and one day someone complained about us and Bojan from the Bark Ark rescue shelter was called out to 'clean us off the streets'. It was a very risky situation and we may have not lived if this caring man hadn't come to our rescue. He showed us to Paws2Freedom that very day and they did not hesitate to help us. So we are now eagerly awaiting pet travel so we can start our new lives in England. I am just so excited about the bright future which is waiting.

If you would like to apply for giving me my forever home, please complete an application form as a first step. But please bear in mind that I am advertized on other sites too and I hope that you understand that there may be more than one application to my name by the time you have completed yours for me.

Please enjoy my photos and videos below. They show me when I was a stray with the nurse who helped us so many times and in the busy shelter where we waited for a little while.

If you would like to support me a bit I would be ever so grateful. Your donation will help so much and every penny counts. This is a big rescue mission for such a small charity and we can't do it without you. If you could mark your kind giving with ‘Bosnian Dogs’ your funds will be put towards my costs or that of another dog like me.

Thank you so much from my delighted heart and happy paws ~ Love, Pepper ♥
