Welcome to Paws2Freedom’s Spay and Neuter fundraiser.

Preventing more puppies being born on the streets is a cause dear to our hearts and we incorporate this within our rescue work. Tackling the problem at source is, in our opinion, the only long-term solution to the stray dog problem. Spaying/Neutering a dog will increase their chances of survival and it tackles the overpopulation at source.

Paws2Freedom invites you to donate towards our fundraiser and once we have accumulated a sufficient amount we will then donate those funds to several initiatives. These are: Running a Spayathon, helping shelters pay for their dogs to be spayed or neutered and being part of a spay/neuter Tag and Release scheme which will help to reduce the amount dogs born on the streets. We will also use some of the donations to spay/neuter our Paws2Freedom dogs before re-homing.

Below you can see some photos of a Spayathon carried out abroad in Romania/Constanta that Paws2Freedom contributed to. The vet team travelled from Craiova to Constanta with their mobile animal hospital and performed all the surgeries on site.
