Welcome to our WINTER WARMER appeal for our dear friends and rescue angels Carmen Dodi who is running Bobi Tantava Sanctuary near Bucharest with only very occasional support and Steliana Meteleauca and her small team at Private Shelter Istrita de Jos in Buzau.

The romanian winters can be very harsh and relentless and this time of year is a crucial one for them. Their dogs are largely housed outside in kennels and when the winter comes it is not unusual for them to have to dig their dogs out of the snow. They desperately need some extras to make sure the dogs are kept warm, cosy and healthy, especially the puppies and the oldies.

Paws2Freedom would love to raise funds to buy straw bales to pack around them and provide the additional warmth they urgently need. We would also be very grateful for any blankets or dog coats you would like to donate. Please contact us if you would like to send us aid for the dogs.
